Without a doubt one of the things I hear most often from someone with a new jar is “OMG I can never have eggs again without HOT SPOT SAUCE!” Our personal recommendation would be to put a small scoop on the side of your plate, about the size of a dime and dip your eggs to taste.

Soups & Stews

Okay, this is where you can really take things to a new level. Whether it’s a homemade meal or something prepared and packaged for you. Take a sip of the finished soup or stew then add ¼ to ½ teaspoon of HOT SPOT SAUCE to your serving. Wow! Taste the difference that a little HOT SPOT SAUCE makes to your meal! To flavor a pot of soup, just increase the measurement to ½ or a full tablespoon.


We were delighted recently when someone told us that they added a table spoon of HOT SPOT SAUCE to a pot of home-made Italian tomato sauce. They absolutely loved it and now prepare their sauce this way each and everytime. There is something about the way that our sauce combines with the wonderful tomato flavour that just lifts a sauce to new heights.


When you combine HOT SPOT SAUCE with seafood, you could be forgiven for thinking that it was a match made in culinary heaven. For shrimp, make your dipping sauce with ketchup and lemon juice, then simply add a touch of HOT SPOT SAUCE. For lobster and crab, prepare a garlic, butter and lemon dip and once again add a touch of HOT SPOT SAUCE. Are you a fan of oysters? A squirt of lemon juice and a dab of HOT SPOT SAUCE is all you need!


For a Bloody Mary or Bloody Caesar (virgin or with alcohol), prepare as usual and add ¼ tsp of HOT SPOT SAUCE, then drink and enjoy!
